Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool area and a comfortable room. We appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in our package, and the hotel's location was convenient to local restaurants and shops, as well as the beach.
There were a few aspects that were less than ideal. The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere, with a relatively quiet and subdued vibe.

The best was the large outdoor pool
Arrogant staff, a bathroom that needs an entire renovation. Curtains were missing to darken the room and prevent to be looked at from other rooms .

Nao existe nada especial a comentar.

The budget hotel was conveniently located near a lively area, with easy access to the beach and great restaurants. the massive and clean pool was a highlight, with comfy day beds to relax on. the suites were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families.
The breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety, with strange dishes that did not appeal to our western taste. the toilets frequently blocked and the water pressure was poor.

We are 4 girls 25 years old, first time in Bali, travel time end of September 2011. In the hotel we booked Residence, which is nice 2-rooms apartment with equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, as a summary we can say that this was very good hotel, a little bit far from the beach, however very nice for 2 nights stay, and not expensive, we would be glad to stay there next time.

Helpful manager on day duty and it the middle of the shopping district.
No real western breakfast. Had to share 3 knives in restaurant with everyone there for breakfast. You need a knive each for spreading butter etc. No english speaking tv stations

Nice breakfast location. Many people as hotel staff.
Not properly close to the beach. If you pay with credit card they ask 3% more and this is not written anywhere. The free airport shuttle goes from 7am, before you have to pay and it is not written anywhere.

The family room was great. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were good. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to everything.
The pool had no comfortable sunbeds to lay on.The were wooden with no cushions and around the pool was just sand an barely-there grass. No pool bar or facilities for room service food. The breakfast buffet was terrible...old food, very basic.
